Basic Cacao Recipe
- 28g (1oz) of Cacao + when ready, you may consider Keith's prescribed "ceremonial dose" of 42g (1.5oz)
- 200ml (7oz) of hot water
- Sweetener (such as maple syrup) and spices (consider, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, vanilla) to taste.
- Using a stove or kettle, warm the water, add the Cacao and your spices of choice. Use a hand blender or whisk to smooth it together. Pour it into your favorite mug and enjoy!
