Harry Isaac’s Ceremonial Cacao Recipe 

✨ Preparation Tip: Before touching the ingredients, we recommend smudging yourself and the space. Playing music or singing during prep adds heart and spirit to the ceremony.

Ingredients* (per serving):

• 8 to 12 oz of water
• 28g or 42g of ceremonial cacao paste (depending on the day and your intention)
• 1 tsp wildflower honey
• 1 tsp reishi
• 1 tsp ashwagandha
• Sprinkle of sea salt
• Sprinkle of cayenne pepper
• Sprinkle of Ceylon cinnamon
• 1 tbsp coconut powder

✨ Your recipe can be as simple as 28 - 42 grams of cacao with 8 - 12 oz hot water

Instructions:

1. Heat water on medium heat — not boiling. 
2. Add all ingredients to the pot.
3. Use a whisk to stir continuously until everything is smooth and frothy.
4. Drink slowly on an empty stomach for best results.
