Your Breathwork Teacher: Harry Isaac

For over 30 years, Harry Isaac has been immersed in the world of health and wellness. His journey has included deep study and practice in multiple healing modalities, including:

  • Shiatsu Therapy (RST)
  • Holistic Nutrition (RHN)
  • LaStone Therapy (LST)
  • Certified Breathwork Teacher for individuals, couples, and groups
  • Certified Functional Breathing with the internationally recognized Oxygen Advantage program
     

Harry holds a B.Sc. in Biology from Dalhousie University, worked at the Holistic Therapy Centre in Vancouver, and went on to found the Whole Health Clinic on Bowen Island, BC.


Corporate & Personal Insight

Harry has also spent years in leadership within I. H. Mathers, his family’s 153-year-old logistics, marine, and personnel services company. This experience gives him a rare understanding of corporate stress, burnout, and the importance of resilience in high-performance environments.

Today, he focuses his passion through Embody Breathwork, his private practice based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, offering powerful breathwork experiences for individuals and organizations alike.
