Breathwork Sessions

My breathwork session with Harry Isaac was an amazing experience. I’ve done group breathwork in the past and was nervous about doing a 1:1. Our session was online and Harry Isaac’s explanation and expectation of the breathwork session created a safe space and put me at ease. His breathwork instruction and technique was easy to follow and I was able to relax into a rhythm. During the session I noticed how blocked the energy was in my hips and low back. Breathing into these areas relieved the tension and emotions came up. Directed by Harry Isaac we did a couple big laughs and yells which felt great and moved the stuck energy. He held space and encouraged me to let go and breathe deeper at the perfect moments in my process. Can’t wait for my next session.

It's hard to express all of the feelings I've felt in one breathwork class with Harry Isaac. Joy, pain, sadness, complete bliss and even community. A space of safety and a place to find unconditional love to fully let go of the pain you're holding onto. It reminded me that humans are magical, and in everyday life we neglect that.  Harry Isaac's breathwork is powerful, raw and enlightening. You'll leave as a better and happier person each session. He brings us back to the true nature of being a human. Even though the class was filled with strangers, we all somehow had this strong connection at the end where we became family.

My breathwork session with Harry Isaac was incredible. My personal experience was beyond words and the emotional release was like nothing I’ve ever felt before.
