• ACTIVATE+RELEASE ~ Breathwork: Unwind tension and stress in the body and expand awareness to illuminate deeper insight. This breathwork is entirely through the mouth without a pause. Breathing deep saturates our bodies with oxygen, clearing negative emotions, traumas & other stored emotional experiences from our sympathetic nervous system. What you need: Comfy clothes, light blanket, eye shades

WHAT IS MEN'S WORK?  

Men’s work is...Men doing the inner work. Looking at things that make us tick, especially our behaviours…why they are there + how to change them. We chose our lives but many of our thoughts, beliefs + ideals are not ones we chose, but ones passed on from family. Do you have a burning desire inside of you? Does it feel you can do so much more? If you ignite that flame, would burn out of control? Good, that’s how you know you’re alive! How to access and wield that power, emotion + fire inside is what Men’s works is about.  

The Embodied Masculine Session is designed for men who are ready to cultivate and embrace their mature masculine traits.

YOUR FACILITATORS

• Harry Isaac, founder of Embody Breathwork, member of Arka Brotherhood ~ For the last 3 decades Harry Isaac has been deep diving into the world of Health & Wellness. He received training in Shiatsu Therapy (RST), Holistic Nutrition (RHN), LaStone Therapy (LST), and is a certified Breathwork Teacher for Individuals, Couples & Groups,  while currently studying Functional Breathing with Oxygen Advantage. He worked at the Holistic Therapy Centre in Vancouver and founded the Whole Health Clinic on Bowen Island. These days his passion & focus is breathwork at his private practice Embody Breathwork in Halifax, NS breathing with individuals, couples and big groups both online & in-person.
